A Lifetime of Disney Magic

We don't just plan Disney vacations.
We've lived them.

Karen and I were married in 1988, and just two years later, in 1990, we walked down Main Street at Walt Disney World with friends for the first time. Something about that trip stayed with us. We didn't know then how many times we would return—but we've never really stopped.

When our first son was born in 1999, followed by two more in 2001 and 2003, Disney became part of our family story. In 2006, we took our boys to Walt Disney World. They were young—too young to remember it all years later—but we remember. Their wide eyes at fireworks. The way they clutched autograph books. The wonder.

We captured it on video and in photos—not just to preserve a vacation, but to preserve a season of life.

And we kept going back.

We've planned trip after trip—for ourselves, for family, for friends. We've experienced Disney with toddlers, teenagers, and eventually, just the two of us again. One of our most meaningful trips was an anniversary visit on September 17. It became a tradition. Returning around that time each year feels like stepping back into the story of our own marriage.

Eventually, we joined the Disney Vacation Club. We believed in it enough to invest in it. While Disney has changed over the years—and some of the perks that originally convinced us to purchase are gone—we still go. Because for us, it has never just been about perks. It's about experience. Memory. Tradition.

We've also visited Disneyland Park and once made the journey to Disneyland Paris. Paris remains on our bucket list for a return visit—an accident during that trip limited what Karen could fully enjoy, and we know there's more magic waiting there for us.

Living in Kansas City, we're not "local" Disney visitors. Every trip takes planning. Strategy. Timing. Logistics. In recent years, we've gone three times in a single year—flying from the middle of the country because we believe the experience is worth it.

Our Philosophy

Disney is not just a vacation. It is a story.

And great Disney trips don't happen by accident. They are crafted.

We believe:

  • Planning removes stress and increases wonder.
  • Details matter—resort location, dining timing, park flow, transportation strategy.
  • Each family's story is different. Your trip should reflect your season of life.
  • The magic feels different at 4 years old, 14 years old, and 40 years old—and each stage deserves its own kind of trip.

We've planned:

  • First trips.
  • Multi-generational trips.
  • Anniversary trips.
  • Friends trips.
  • "Just because" trips.

And one of our greatest joys?
Watching someone get "bit by the Disney bug" for the first time.

There's a moment it happens. When stress melts. When fireworks burst overhead. When someone says, "Okay… now I get it."

We plan Disney vacations not because it's a product—but because it has been woven into our own life story for over three decades.

And we would be honored to help you write yours.
